I bring over 25 years’ experience leading finance teams within large, multinational organisations. As part of this, I spent over 15 years at Danone, performing Finance Director roles in various settings including commercial units, factories, head offices and shared service functions. I have lived and worked in several different European countries including the UK, Spain and The Netherlands. Through my extensive corporate experience, I led major transformation projects, including process, system, and organisational change across multiple countries. I worked on several boards, which gave me an understanding of the responsibilities and approaches to be successful in cross-functional leadership teams. I coached and mentored many colleagues during my corporate life, helping them to set clear goals, achieve enhanced performance and make progress in their careers. As a coach, I create a safe environment where the client feels total respect and attention, providing them with suitable challenge and space for self-reflection to address their problems and desired outcomes. My clients value my ability to empathise with and understand their context, thanks to my broad business and leadership background. I coach in English, which can be opportunity for my Spanish clients to practice their business English. I also speak conversational Spanish so can help my clients if they are struggling a bit in English.
