While I have enjoyed my time in sales, especially the meaningful conversations I have with candidates, I am now transitioning into the coaching field. I am currently enrolled in the Co-Active Coaching program, working towards certification as an ICF Coach, and I look forward to applying these skills in new ways to empower others. My dream is to have an impact on people and bring the best of themselves, believing that the human interaction and empathy towards others is the most powerful tool to achieve the goals in a company. Currently I am applying these new abilities to practice active listening towards my clients and identify the needs they have. I also have a entrepreneurial and creative spirit, running meetings I have the stimulator creative style, bursting the projects with fresh ideas and new initiatives.
