I’m Elske, passionate about accompanying and facilitating transformation processes. I am a systemic coach, agile coach, mindfulness expert, and yoga teacher. I have a decade of experience in a multinational company and three years as a freelancer. My core values that guide my work and my life are integrity, love, humor, and sustainability. I work with a lot of empathy and with the conviction that every human being has the resources to live their own life in a joyful way — together we discover these resources and help them shine. Transformation and collaboration processes fascinate me, which is why I work with both individuals and teams.
