After a long career in digital marketing, I reached a point where my work no longer felt meaningful. In that search for purpose, I discovered coaching as a way to continue growing and to support others through their own processes of change. I work with professionals going through transitions, helping them reconnect with their purpose, wellbeing, and a more sustainable way of working. As a coach, I work with empathy, presence, and deep listening, integrating coaching, mindfulness, and conscious leadership. I create reflective spaces where clarity emerges and people feel empowered to take the first steps toward meaningful professional change.

Work experience
For nearly 20 years, I built my career at Google, working across Madrid and Dublin in various specialist roles within the sales team. I supported advertisers, agencies, and commercial teams in defining digital marketing strategies, measurement, and analytics, combining strategic consulting, technical support, and training. I managed large accounts, led onboarding processes, and coordinated cross-functional projects, training clients and internal teams across EMEA, always with a strong focus on communication, empathy, and building trusted relationships. This experience is now the foundation of my work as a coach and facilitator, where I support individuals and teams in developing self-awareness, improving communication, and working in a more conscious and collaborative way.
