Having worked across the Americas, Asia, and Europe, I understand first-hand how complexity, pressure, and constant change affect performance and wellbeing. Work experience
I spent more than 30 years working in senior roles at Citi, a global financial institution, with assignments across Latin America, the Caribbean, the United States, and Asia. I led teams and developed products and solutions in complex, high-pressure environments, working closely with customers, regulators, and diverse stakeholders. Later, I took on a leadership role in Vietnam with FE Credit, where I helped build lending products for underserved communities. This long professional journey — combining global corporate depth with hands-on emerging-market experience — now informs my coaching work with people navigating demanding roles, change, and important life or career decisions.
