My approach depends on your particular situation, but in general, I combine a variety of coaching methods, primarily based on logotherapy (Viktor Frankl, self-distancing and identifying purpose), provocative coaching (Frank Farrelly), transactional analysis (Eric Berne), as well as assessments of various personality frameworks (MBTI, CTI, Gallup, IMDE Talent Developer, etc.). Additionally, I have developed my own MORE skills analysis to support you in your career decisions in the most effective and sustainable way possible. Work experience
I have an international career spanning more than 20 years. I have worked in adult training, International Development Cooperation, and the International Monetary Fund, supporting around 50 institutions of various sizes (ranging from 3 to 2,700 employees) in 20 countries across Europe, Latin America, Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East. I am well aware of the challenges posed by organizations and complex systems, as well as the importance of effective communication in a multicultural context. Moreover, I understand how many obstacles can be overcome when resources are brought to light and conflicts are resolved. My passion for people’s development naturally led me to coaching. Since 2019, I have been working as an executive coach and also as a mediator in professional conflict situations. My goal is to help individuals create lasting change in their lives, allowing them to progress in their relationships and careers. My clients are executives from the private, governmental, international, and NGO sectors. I support them by strengthening their personalities and leadership skills so they can develop their potential and lead their teams more successfully. My aim is to enhance their productivity and job satisfaction by fostering lasting shifts in mindset and attitude. Today, I offer to guide you through your professional challenges by working with you on self-management, team management, and your area of responsibility.
