I’m a certified Executive Coach (ICF) and Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the corporate world, leading teams, operations and projects across industries such as technology, marketing and innovation. After a decade in leadership roles, I decided to fully dedicate myself to what has always been at the heart of my work: supporting people and organizations in their growth and development. I work with professionals and teams who want to lead with authenticity, improve communication and create more human and sustainable workplaces. I deeply believe that when people grow, companies grow too.

Work experience
Over 10 years of experience in corporate environments, holding leadership and management positions across different sectors. I have worked in fast-growing and innovative companies, leading operations, product development and strategic projects. Most recently, I served as COO at a Data and AI consulting firm, managing multidisciplinary teams, defining processes, strengthening internal communication, and supporting managers and executives in their leadership and development challenges. Currently, I work as an independent coach, offering individual coaching and corporate training in leadership, communication, team development and change management.

Degree in Psychology, Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Master’s in Creative and Strategic Brand Management, UPF Barcelona School of Management. Certified Executive Coach, International Coaching Federation (ICF).
