About Irina

I am an executive coach and organizational consultant working with individuals and groups using psychodynamic, behavioral, and classical coaching methods.

Work experience

Before becoming a coach, I spent over 8 years in executive search, partnering with top-tier companies to recruit, assess, and develop senior leaders and their teams. I worked closely with C-level executives on leadership transitions and team effectiveness. Prior to that, I led client service teams in a global market research firm, managing large-scale international projects across industries. For the past two years, I’ve been running an independent practice, delivering executive coaching, leadership development programs, and assessment solutions for corporate clients, founders, and executives — including work with INSEAD, SDA Bocconi, and IMD.

Education

My academic background combines sociology and psychology. I hold a Master’s degree in Economic Sociology and a second Master’s in Psychology from the joint Psychoanalysis and Business Consulting Program by INSEAD and the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. I’m trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist and have been in continuous personal therapy for over five years. My 2015 Master’s focused on psychodynamic coaching, with over 1,000 hours dedicated to coaching theory and practice. I am an AC-accredited professional executive coach, Hogan-certified assessor, and certified in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. I have also completed an ICF-accredited business coaching program (ACSTH).
