Specialized in Business and Human Capital Consulting, Culture Transformation Consultant based on the science of Happiness, Executive and Team Coaching. His work experience includes over 25 years; from public sector to regional management of multinationals. Juan Carlos worked in Mexico at Grupo PROCSA as treasurer, he went to the Public Sector where he was Vice Minister of Planning and Budgets of Morelos, in Costa Rica he joined EY as BPO Manager for Central America. In Colombia, he managed the North Latin America Region with TMF Group, managed global clients in America and was part of the Executive Committee. He participated in the publication of State Development Plans, promoted Income and Budget Laws in the State of Morelos, wrote reports for different magazines specialized in business in Colombia and Outsourcing worldwide, and was a lecturer on Business in Latin America Collaborated as Prosecutor of the Hotel Indigo Costa Rica, Member of the Governing Board of the Institute of Culture, Institute of Sports, Institute of Basic Education, Credit Institute, Potable Water System, Board of the Fund of State Security, First Brigadier Natural Disasters Committee, all of the State of Morelos. He has collaborated as a consultant with VC Dental Care, Villazul Residences, Truchas Balmira, Prime Holding, PROCSA Group: Gerson Lehrman Group, Finsferre and Delivering Happiness, Attitud and Ideare. He is an international Coach certified as PCC by ICF
