Luca Alarcos – General Health Psychologist and Coach I am a general health psychologist with an integrative approach, specializing in helping people develop their full potential both personally and professionally. Throughout my career, I have trained in various therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, ACT, systemic therapy, couples therapy, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and addictions, which allows me to adapt each process to the individual needs of my clients. My experience not only encompasses clinical psychology but also organizational psychology. I have directed the psychology department at hospitals such as Boston Medical Center and led human resources teams at various companies. Furthermore, my training at Harvard in guidance and people management has allowed me to specialize in personal and professional development from a strategic perspective. I have worked and lived in cities such as London, Rome, Madrid, and Boston, which has given me a rich, global perspective on the different ways people face their challenges.
