I am a systemic and family therapist, as well as an EMCC-certified business and emotional coach, with over 8 years of experience working one-on-one with clients. I support individuals through processes of change, personal growth, and decision-making, combining coaching and therapeutic tools to achieve deep and lasting transformations. My approach is rooted in active listening, respect for each person's story, and a holistic perspective that integrates personal, relational, and professional dimensions.

Work experience

I support individuals through deep personal and professional transformation processes. I bring over 8 years of experience as a therapist in family constellations, systemic therapy, Gestalt method, and biodescodification, allowing me to work with each coachee from a holistic, respectful, and transformative perspective. As an EMCC-certified coach, I have completed over 300 hours of individual coaching sessions, helping coachees develop their emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and professional growth. My approach creates a safe space where the coachee can reconnect with their inner resources, make conscious decisions, and move forward toward a more meaningful and balanced life.
