Work experience
I have 20 years of experience in HR, retail, facilitation and coaching and in all the projects I have carried out, the development of human talent has been the common thread. I have managed projects for brands such as Dior, Guerlain in HR and Sephora in retail in France and Spain. As a business consultant, I am specialized in training and coaching for management teams in different sectors. My areas of expertise include leadership and motivational management, emotional Intelligence and self-Management, non-violent communication, multicultural management. My client portfolio includes brands from the retail sector as well as companies that are evolving from the B2B channel to that of B2C, hotels, industry, consulting companies, start-ups. Working in international contexts, I provide sessions in Spanish, French and English and I really enjoy collaborating with multicultural teams.
