Work experience

With over 25 years of experience in multicultural contexts, I has worked with national and international companies and cooperation agencies across multiple countries. I utilise scientific tools and methods such as Mindfulness, DISC, Metaplan, personal and organisational mapping, and dynamic group work to deliver tailored executive and business coaching processes that help leaders and teams discover strengths, adapt to change, and achieve sustained performance.

Education

I have a solid and multidimensional academic foundation that integrates psychology, law, social responsibility, gender studies, negotiation, and coaching psychology. My academic journey began at the University of Costa Rica, I earned degrees in Psychology and Law, followed by a Master’s Research in Social Sciences (Magna Cum Laude). Further enhanced expertise with Gender Studies at the University of Barcelona, where I later completed a Master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Audit. My commitment to interdisciplinary learning continued through advanced studies, including a Diploma in Conflict Management and Mediation (Euroinnova Business School) and a Diploma in Arbitration and International Negotiation (Magna Cum Laude) from the Escuela de Altos Estudios Jurídicos Empresariales Euroamericanos in Spain. And also pursued Doctoral Studies in Economics of Education at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia in Costa Rica. I completed the Diploma “The Age of Sustainability” (Magna Cum Laude) at Columbia University in New York and later earned a Master’s Degree in Coaching Psychology at the Complutense University of Madrid, strengthening my professional pathway in executive and multicultural coaching.
