About MAXIMILIAN

I’m a career and personal development coach, helping people gain clarity, build confidence and navigate professional and personal transitions. My approach is practical, supportive and focused on turning insights into concrete actions. I work in English and German.

Working methodology

My coaching approach is person-centred, practical and solution-focused. I help clients identify their strengths, recognise patterns that may be holding them back, and turn insights into clear, achievable actions. I combine powerful questioning, behavioural and communication techniques, and practical exercises, adapting each session to the individual client and their goals. My aim is to create a supportive but challenging space that leads to meaningful and sustainable change.

Work experience

I have worked as a professional coach since 2020, both independently and with the Institute For Applied Positive Psychology (IFAPP) Berlin, conducting 500+ individual coaching sessions with professionals and performers. My work includes career transition coaching, interview preparation, communication development, confidence building and workshop facilitation. I also work with actors and performers on presence, articulation, vocal and accent training in English and German, which can be beneficial for everyone in many different life stages of course.

Education

Professional Coaching & Communication training at IFAPP Berlin, including Master Coach, Master Practitioner and Practitioner (DVNLP) and Provocative Coaching (ProCo®) qualifications. BA (Hons) in Acting at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London.
