If you struggle with time management, prioritisation, healthy boundaries, motivation, or navigating conflict and change, I can support you. I help people develop simple, holistic systems that reduce stress rather than add to it. With two decades of experience in the performing arts and extensive work in communication and conflict management, I’m comfortable navigating complex interpersonal and organisational dynamics. As the author of The Dancer’s Handbook (OFEN Co-Arts), I also bring a systemic perspective that helps you understand both the inner and outer forces shaping your behaviour. My goal is to give you clarity, confidence, and practical strategies that genuinely improve your well-being and your life.
