Hi! My name is Rocío Sancho, and I am Strengths Coach. This is my web: www.potenciatecoaching.es Each person is a unique combination of Talents. And in spite during decades we have focused on “correcting our weakness”, Science has proved that developing our strengths is the most powerful way to reach our goals and enjoy a better life. I am certified as Strengths Coach by Gallup in London, the worldwide leader on Talents development at work, and as a Life, profesional and Group Coach by CEC and Liderhazgo. In my international background designing and leading Strengths Coaching programs, at Corporate and personal level, I have combined Group and Individual sessions, online and live. I especially enjoy teaching the Workshop: Discover your Unique Talents. I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese. Regarding my own talents, I have a strategic mindset, easiness to connect with very different profiles and communicate Enthusiasm.
