Expérience professionnelle

I’m an experienced coach (PCC credentialed) since 2012. During 2025 I have completed an ICF MCC coaching certification, that enables me to apply for the MCC credential. I have more than 18 years of experience working for corporate companies, coaching companies and for private clients. I have coached managers and high-potentials to support them in acquiring the leadership tools they need to progress in their careers. I’m a coach trainer and mentor. Before working as a coach, I have worked as Human resources professional for 15 years at multinational (Accenture, 4 Finance) and local companies, my last position as a Human Resources Manager. For more than 5 years, I have been part of hands-on leadership trainings to expand awareness of self and effectiveness to accomplish goals, individually and as a team. I have also volunteered at NGOs as a trainer and mentor to develop young people skills to obtain their first job. I speak English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
