Welcome to my profile. I am Rossella, a professional Coach, Trainer and Facilitator specialized in Leadership, Cross-Cultural Communication and Change Management. Speaking fluently English, Spanish and Italian, I also design and deliver training for senior, mid-management and youths, facilitating learning and discussion at different levels. As a mother of two young children, I also enjoy working with mothers, accompanying them in their journey through change and personal Leadership.
