Experiência profissional

My career began where many engineers start—with a passion for building, solving problems, and making an impact through innovation. After earning my M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, I worked for industry leaders like BMW, Siemens, and Oxford Flow, where I was immersed in high-performance environments focused on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. On paper, everything looked great—career progression, responsibility, and recognition. But beneath the surface, something was off. I found myself constantly questioning whether this path truly reflected who I was. The projects were interesting, but the work left me feeling boxed in. I craved more direct human impact, more purpose, and a deeper connection to the work I did. That inner tension sparked a turning point. I began to explore coaching—first out of curiosity, then with growing passion. I enrolled at The Coaching Academy and became certified as a Life & Performance Coach. As I coached peers on mindset, career direction, and confidence, I realized: this was where I was meant to be. In 2019, I founded Toolbox Coaching, specializing in helping engineers and tech professionals navigate the same career crossroads I once faced. Since then, I’ve delivered over 500 hours of coaching, helping clients gain clarity, rebuild self-belief, and transition into roles that match both their skills and values. Through partnerships with platforms like BetterUp, Multiverse, Bloom, Masterschool, and Correlation One, I’ve coached hundreds of professionals globally—guiding them through mindset shifts, career pivots, interview prep, and personal breakthroughs. My coaching consistently receives ratings of 4.5/5 and above for its depth, insight, and transformative impact. What started as a search for my own fulfillment turned into a mission: to help engineers stop surviving in careers that don’t fit—and start designing work that lights them up from the inside out.

Formação académica

I studied Mechanical Engineering in Germany, earning both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with a focus on product development and systems thinking. While I loved solving technical problems, I became increasingly fascinated by human challenges—like confidence, purpose, and mindset. That curiosity led me to train as a Life & Performance Coach at The Coaching Academy in London and earn my ACC certification from the ICF. My academic background now fuels my coaching: I combine structured thinking with deep personal insight to help engineers create more fulfilling careers.
